Kitchen Renovations in North Vancouver

A kitchen renovation starts with how you use the room. You might need more useful storage, a different work area or an update to worn finishes. Sometimes the existing layout works and the project is about improving what is already there.

TriBuild Management works with homeowners on kitchen renovations. We are based in North Vancouver. Share your current kitchen and the changes you have in mind so we can discuss a practical scope for the space.

Discuss Your Kitchen Renovation

Look at the layout before choosing the finishes

Cabinetry, work surfaces and appliances need to be considered together. Think about the areas you use most, the storage you lack and anything that gets in the way of daily use. A photo of a kitchen you like can explain the style, but it does not show whether the same arrangement will work in your home.

Tell us what you want to keep as well as what you want to replace. If you are considering moving fixtures or appliances, include that in the initial discussion rather than treating it as a simple finish change.

Details that shape the renovation

  • Existing room dimensions and photos from several angles.
  • Cabinetry and storage priorities.
  • Appliances being retained or replaced, including available dimensions.
  • Work-surface and finish preferences.
  • Any proposed changes to the layout.
  • Items you plan to supply yourself.
  • Related flooring, wall or ceiling work you want considered.

You can bring inspiration images as well. They help explain the look you want alongside the practical changes your kitchen needs.

Make the selections work together

Cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, flooring and lighting all affect one another. We work through what stays and what changes, including appliance openings, sink and faucet requirements, storage, range-hood routing and the repairs left behind by demolition. That gives the cabinet supplier and relevant trades a clearer scope before installation begins.

Kitchen renovation questions

Can I keep the current layout?

Yes, keeping the layout can be part of the discussion. Send photos and explain what you want to improve. The condition of existing elements and the proposed changes still need to be reviewed.

Can I supply my own appliances or finishes?

Tell us which items you intend to supply. Dimensions, delivery timing and responsibility for those items need to be considered when agreeing on the work.

How much will my kitchen renovation cost?

The answer depends on the scope, materials, existing conditions and any related work. Send the information you have so the discussion can be based on your kitchen rather than a generic price.
